25Live: Event name is showing "Private:"

If your event name in Events2HVAC is showing "Private:" and/or the event status is blank, your security permissions on the Events2HVAC user login account is setup incorrectly.

The security group for the Events2HVAC account must have "View Access" enabled for all events, locations, cabinets and folders that you need to view.
