NetX Device: Error "RASString argument contained an unexpected number of items. READ ERROR"

When reading the properties from a NetworkThermostat via X-Bus or StrongMesh WIFI, the following error is returned:

"RASString argument contained an unexpected number of items. READ ERROR"

This indicates that E2H can't read thermostat's properties.  This can be caused by:

• Incorrectly assigned thermostat address (address on thermostat doesn't match the address E2H is using).
• Problem with communication between the thermostat and the controller.
