JCI MSEA: Can't login to MSEA from the client.

When client runs connection test in JCI MSEA options, test fails with message "Connection Failed. Failure"

However, commands sent via the command queue (i.e. running in service process) are sent without any errors.

It looks like maybe windows has changed security requirements somewhere that affect communication to the JCI component (MSSDA).  If the client is closed and run as administrator, then the connection is allowed.

The E2H client by default is not elevated to Admin permissions prior to running.  You can force it to run as admin by right-clicking the executible (events2hvac.exe), click "Properties", select "Compatibility" tab and check "Run this program as administrator".
